Hello fellow pager duty peoples!

I’ve been using pagerduty for almost a year now and it has become a valuable asset at my company for us to monitor our customers infrastructure. I know it is a much more powerful tool than what we use it for and I am looking to leverage more of it’s features to make our engineer’s on-call life better!
